SERVICE MANAGER RETAIL

This position is responsible for the performance of but not limited to the following services:

• Coaching, training, and supervising all service department personnel
• Customer satisfaction
• Parts and inventory management
• Liaison between technicians and customer
• Vehicle scheduling
• Ensure company procedures are followed
• Ensure high quality service in a manner that will promote customer confidence

Qualified applicants should possess current ASE certifications, valid driver's license in the state of Nevada and have 2 years automotive related work experience.
